In 2009, the Label’Vie group signed a franchise agreement with Carrefour Partenariat International (CPI) group, granting it exclusive rights to operate Carrefour brands in Morocco. This partnership has resulted in the transformation of existing Label’Vie supermarkets into Carrefour Market and the development of many new outlets throughout Morocco.

With more than 70 medium-sized stores located in urban areas, Carrefour Market meets the needs of its consumers for proximity and convenience. We work every day to satisfy our customers by offering them a unique experience in our stores with products and services that are adapted to their needs.

Lowest Price Guaranteed on 200 products

We guarantee the lowest prices on 200 brand name products found in our stores. And if you find a lower price elsewhere, we’ll refund you twice the difference

Freshness pact

We commit ourselves to reimburse you in case of quality problem and within 24 hours after the purchase, the price of the fresh product concerned.

Service at the checkout

At your request, we will provide you with after-cashers to help you bag your groceries and load them into your car.

Respect of the price

We are committed to respecting the prices displayed on the shelf. If the price at the cash register is higher, we will refund you the difference and offer you a 10 Dhs voucher

In 2017, the Group launched a new supermarket concept in Morocco under the “Carrefour Market Gourmet” brand.

The Carrefour Market Gourmet concept is built around 4 main pillars:

A unique shopping experience in Morocco

The architecture, design and decoration of the store have been studied down to the smallest detail by the Italian agency Schweitzer. To this resolutely contemporary atmosphere, the group has brought a local touch by integrating typical Moroccan materials and patterns.

Wide range of products

This new offer is enriched with more than 1000 products and emphasizes organic farming, delicatessen and local products. The concept also favors fresh products (fruits and vegetables, meat, fish, spices and olives) by dedicating 50% of the sales area to them. There is also a selection of quality butcher’s products and more than 300 charcuterie and cheese references.

Quality service

To guarantee maximum comfort in the store, customer service is reinforced at checkouts and for all trades. Carrefour Gourmet is also the first store in Morocco to be equipped with electronic price tags.

Renowned partners

Carrefour Gourmet has joined forces with specialists all renowned for their know-how: Maison Amoud, for traditional bakery and pastry, Japanese gastronomy specialist Matsuri, urban cuisine pioneer Khos and Marie M. for space florist.

We guarantee you the lowest prices on 300 top brand products listed in store. And if you find it cheaper elsewhere, we will refund you two (2) times the difference.

Freshness pact

We undertake to reimburse you in the event of a proven quality problem and within 24 hours after purchase, the price of the fresh product concerned.

Cashier service

We are committed to providing you, at your request, after-cash desks to help you bag your shopping and load it up to your car.

In 2010, Label’Vie Group acquired 100% of the shares of the Metro Cash and Carry Morocco Group as well as its 8 strategic points of sale in 7 Moroccan cities.

These surfaces, located on the outskirts of large cities, have been remodeled and converted into Atacadao hypercash stores intended mainly for professionals in traditional distribution (grocers, semi-wholesale) and in the hotel and restaurant sector.

The offer and assortment of products adapts to our professional consumers. The assortment is thus made up of approximately 7,000 references and consists mainly of consumer products. The offer of consumer products is also simplified and reduced to basic units of need (sugar, flour, oil, etc.)

At the non-food level, the assortment is reduced to categories with high turnover and only offers products at the best price on the bazaar.

Thanks to this optimization strategy, Atacadao stores offer quality products at very competitive prices, with regular and attractive promotions.

We also offer personalized follow-up for our professional customers with the Atacadao Card which allows you to take advantage of numerous offers and advantages throughout the year.

Intended to facilitate shopping in urban areas, this ultra-local store offers a wide choice of products and ample opening hours.

This concept meets the needs of an increasingly active urban clients with less and less time available. Customers want to find a neighborhood life where they can do their shopping without having to take their car or public transport. In this small supermarket, they can have breakfast before going to work, buy what they need for their lunch break or even do their extra shopping at the end of the day before returning home.

For this format, the customer journey has been completely redesigned and the focus has been placed first on the customer experience to make it user-friendly and modern.
